Palworld is the latest gaming sensation that is slowly taking over the internet. The game is described as an open world crafting and survival game, similar to titles such as Minecraft and Valheim. Heavily inspired by Pokemon, Palword fills its open world with different creatures that can be caught and used in battle. How to Catch Pals in Palworld

As the game is heavily inspired by Pokemon, capturing different Pals is quite similar. The way to catch Pals in Palworld is by throwing a Pal Sphere at them, which is the name of the Pokeball equivalent in the game. In order to unlock the Pal Sphere, you must first reach level two, and then you have to unlock it through the crafting menu with Technology Points. To craft the Sphere, you are also going to need a couple of materials:

• 3x Wood
• 3x Stone
• 1x Paldium Fragment

Once you craft the Pal Sphere you are going to be able to throw it at wild Pals to capture them. You can also find Pal Spheres scattered around the world.

How to Increase Your Chance of Catching Pals in Palworld

Once you have a Pal Sphere, it's time to try and capture some Pals. When you pull out your Pal Sphere and aim it at a wild Pal, you are going to notice the success chance for capturing them, as a UI element right next to them. If you fail to capture the Pal, it will break free and become hostile, but you can always retry and throw another Sphere at it.

The best way to increase your chance of success is by weakening the Pal, which just means lowering their health pool. Using different weapons such as pickaxes and bows will work; just make sure you don't actually kill the Pal when it starts reaching low health. You will notice the percentage chance increase drastically when you try to throw another Sphere after weakening them. There is also a small bonus to your percentage if you throw your Sphere from behind the enemy Pal.
