What are Heart Items in Persona 3 Reload?

Personas can give you different Heart Items. What you have to do is level them up and fuse them, until they unlock their final skill. Afterward, Heart Items will become available.

A Heart icon in the Persona's Compendium entry will show you it has an available item. Once you get this item, take it to the Mayoido Antiques shop in Paulownia Mall. There you can get some extra special gear for your Persona 3 Reload gameplay.
