Lucy is a 6-star Character from the Intelligence Afflatus who takes on a main DPS role in Reverse: 1999. She is an Intelligence DPS who can upgrade herself during battle. You’re probably asking what upgrading herself means. Well, Lucy permanently becomes stronger whenever an enemy is defeated, and she can also boost her damage even further after casting her ultimate. Lastly, she gathers [Dynamo] stacks whenever an ally gains Moxie or Eureka, and she can then use these [Dynamo] stacks to upgrade her incantations.
She is a beast when it comes to dealing with single enemies, but her damage is also great whenever facing off a whole group.

- Before Upgrade:

- Mass attack. Deals increased Reality DMG to the main target and half of that to the secondary target. Halved [Dynamo] cost.

- Mass attack. Deals Reality DMG to 2 enemies. Consumes a certain amount of [Dynamo] stacks to attack 1 additional target. If there are less than 3 targets, deals additional Reality DMG.
- After Upgrade:
- Deals additional Genesis DMG based on own ATK. Halved [Dynamo] cost.

A Step Forward
- Before Upgrade:
- Self buff. Gains [Pragmatist], [Data Iteration], and [Charged Ammunition].
- Pragmatist: All attacks are considered to have a stronger Afflatus. Increases all allies' DMG Dealt against targets of a weaker Afflatus.
- Charged Ammunition: Before attacking, gains a certain number of [Dynamo] stacks.
- After Upgrade:
- Upgrades [Charged Ammunition] to [Overcharged Ammunition] and gains more [Dynamo] stacks. After casting the Ultimate gains Moxie.
Inheritance
Passive Skill: The First Push
- Insight 1: Receives [Dynamo] whenever an ally or herself gains Moxie or Eureka. Enters [Advancement] status when a certain number of [Dynamo] stacks are reached among all allies.
- Advancement: At the start of the round, upgrade 1 out of 3 incantations; if all 3 have been upgraded, upgrades the Ultimate.
- Insight 2: Critical Rate increases upon entering battle.
- Insight 3: After casting her Ultimate, gains [Leadership] and casts [Conservation of Energy] once. Gains [Dynamo] and [Data Iteration] and casts [Conservation of Energy] once when defeating an enemy.
- Leadership: [Force Field] effect. Increases all allies' DMG against enemies of a weaker Afflatus.
- Data Iteration: ATK Increased. This buff stacks and cannot be dispelled.
- Conservation of Energy: Mass attack. Deals Reality DMG to all enemies. Consumes [Dynamo] stacks to increase Penetration Rate for this attack. After upgrade, if the target's HP is below a certain percentage, deals additional Reality DMG; ignores [Dodge], and will not trigger [Reflect] or [Riposte].
