Blizzard has made a change in the Season of Discovery regarding the Reputation required to obtain certain Runes. The adjustment applies specifically to the Supply Officers in Orgrimmar or Stormwind, where the Reputation requirement has been lowered from Honored to Friendly.

You will now be able to access these runes much easier than before, which will help players started late and need to catch up to the rest of the pack. Keep in mind that these changes have not affected the vendors in the rest of the cities. We expect this to be hotfixed at a later date!
