Now that SUPERVIVE has caught the attention of major pro players, analysts, casters, and other gaming content creators, more and more players are dying to give the game a try. This new MOBA x Battle Royal Hero Shooter is fun, dynamic, engaging, colorful, and free to play.
Although SUPERVIVE has only recently released its Open Beta version, we can expect a lot more polish, adjustments, and other quality-of-life changes, given how responsive the dev team is to the players' feedback. Having that in mind, we will take a look at the primarily Tank class (Initiator) Hunters in SUPERVIVE so you can possibly find your main.

All Initiators in SUPERVIVE Open Beta
The game currently has several classes for players to choose from: Fighter, Initiator, Protector, and Controller. We will take a look at all seven of the available Initiator Hunters so you have a better understanding of their playstyle and general strengths and weaknesses.
Bishop
Bishop is a ranged tanky Hunter who loves to dive deep into the enemy squad and start pummeling and blasting them. She has a lot of crowd control and some nice AoE damage to boot.
- Difficulty: 4 Stars
- Strengths: Tons of crowd control, good initiation tools
- Weaknesses: Lacks range, once she goes in, she needs her team to follow up appropriately
You can check out all of her abilities, here.
Kingpin
Kingpin is a short-ranged bruiser who likes to get up and personal to unload his damage. He has a stacking Health passive that can allow him to snowball as well as pull in enemy Hunters to your team.
- Difficulty: 2 Stars
- Strengths: Great crowd control, good at chasing down enemies, decent damage
- Weaknesses: Limited mobility, hard-to-land crowd control
You can check out all of his abilities, here.
And that covers all of the Initiator Hunters in the SUPERVIVE Open Beta so far. Although the dev team is set on the majority of the design and gameplay choices, we can still expect some adjustments as time goes on and more players provide feedback.
Initiators are the main source of engage for your squad as their role is mostly to crowd control or isolate key targets so your backline can DPS freely.
