Trait Adjustments
Exalted is receiving significant buffs aimed at encouraging players to utilize it for early-game power while also ensuring its effectiveness in the late game. Fortune's healing is being nerfed to address the excessive luck this trait provides. The Inkshadow traits have been performing well, so they are receiving adjustments for balance. Heavenly reroll has proven to be very potent and difficult to counter. It's often paired with Yone, who is also receiving a nerf now.
- Dragonlord True damage: 5/10/12/18% ⇒ 5/10/10/15%
- Exalted Base damage: 4% ⇒ 5%
- Exalted Damage bonus per level: 1/2.5% ⇒ 1/3%
- Fated Sett Omnivamp bonus: 15% ⇒ 12%
- Fated Syndra Damage bonus: 10% ⇒ 11%
- Fortune 5 Tactician healing per round: 3 ⇒ 2
- Inkshadow, Tattoo of Bombardment bolt damage: 65% ⇒ 60%
- Inkshadow, Tattoo of Protection shield: 50% HP ⇒ 40% HP
- Inkshadow, Tattoo of Toxin Damage over time: 44% ⇒ 33%
- Inkshadow, Tattoo of Vitality Base Health: 250 ⇒ 350
- Storyweaver 3 Kayle on hit damage: 18% AP ⇒ 15% AP
- Storyweaver 3 Kayle ability damage: 140% AP ⇒ 125% AP
- Heavenly bonus stats: 100/115/135/165/200/240% ⇒ 100/115/135/165/200/225%

Champion Changes
The main focus of this update is the 4-Tier Units which are getting significant buffs this patch. Overall, most of the units are getting upgrades except Yone and Irelia.
Units: Tier 1
Units: Tier 2
- Passive AP to AD conversion upon attacking or getting hit: 2% ⇒ 4%
- Passive max stacks: 50 ⇒ 25
With half the required stacks, Gnar will now be able to reach max bonus AD much quicker. The developers have noted that this buff comes from the nerf of Titan's Resolve that is typically used for him.
- Ability damage: 245/245/255% AD + 20/30/45% AP ⇒ 230/230/240% AD + 10/15/25% AP
- Ability now more reliably hits targets if her current target dies during the cast windup.
Senna's damage is getting nerfed which would make her weaker in stages 2 and 3. However, this is done to balance her reliability buff which will let her Absolutions become stronger.

Units: Tier 3
- Ability row damage: 360/540/860% AP ⇒ 380/570/900% AP
Alune is getting a buff to make her more equal to the other 3-cost units.
- Attack Speed: 0.9 ⇒ 0.85
Slowing Yone down would make it more difficult for him to kill backliners with one cast and would slow down his stacking pace.
Units: Tier 4
All Tier 4-cost units are receiving a 100-250 HP buff to bring them closer in power to the dominating 3 and 5-cost units in Inkborne Fables. Particularly, it's the 3-cost units that appear excessively strong. Instead of nerfing them, the developers are opting to bolster 4 and 5-cost units.
- Health: 700 ⇒ 900
- Kai’Sa Attack Speed: 0.85 ⇒ 0.8
Kai'Sa is probably the only 4-cost unit that has been doing well in this set so far. As she is getting buffed with the rest of the units in this tier, she is getting her speed decreased to balance her kit out.
- Health: 700 ⇒ 900
- Ability damage: 220/330/900% AP ⇒ 240/360/900% AP
- Small orb damage: 100/150/350% AP ⇒ 120/180/400% AP

Units: Tier 5
- Irelia’s auto-attacks now target the 4 enemies closest to Irelia rather than choosing between the closest 4 enemies to the blade’s current position
Irelia's blades have become quite a nuisance as they were able to deal damage to units that were located safely in the backlines.

Item Changes
Giant Slayer
- Health threshold: 1600 ⇒ 1750
- Demonslayer Health threshold: 1600 ⇒ 1750
With this patch's health buffs for the 4-cost units, Giant Slayer is likely to become everyone's must-have item in the battles. To avoid giving it an indirect buff with the unit changes, the developers are raising the threshold.
Titan's Resolve
- AP per stack: 2 ⇒ 1
- Titan’s Vow AP per stack: 3 ⇒ 2
Melee champions with AP scaling gain too much from this item creating a disbalance in the game.
Augment Adjustments
Everything Must Go! is being removed because it allows players to develop nearly unbeatable playstyles, resulting in easy wins. This issue is particularly noticeable in higher elos. The augment was too unbalanced to remain in the game, and its removal will promote a more balanced gameplay experience.
Likewise, Fine Vintage has become excessively powerful when paired with certain boards, so it is receiving a nerf to increase the risk associated with its use.
- Boiling Point (Porcelain) Mana per attack: 5 ⇒ 3
- Call to Adventure (Storyweaver) is no longer offered on 3-2.
- Everything Must Go! has been Disabled.
- Fine Vintage turns to transform: 3 ⇒ 4
- Raid Boss no longer offered on 2-1.
