The key difference between the Striker and the Nemesis is the rate of fire. As we can see in the above graphics, the Striker AR totes a massive 8.1 fire rate while the Nemesis lags behind at a mere 5. Bullets are projectiles in Fortnite, meaning they have a travel time before they hit their target. For this reason, TobyWanShinobi reasons it is harder to connect with single shots and slow fire-rate weapons than a speedy spray of projectiles. This gives the Striker the advantage at most ranges.
In addition, the Striker AR suffers slightly less recoil than its Nemesis counterpart, meaning you'll have an easier time leading your shots over medium and long distances.

The Best Possible Mods:
Holo-13 Optic
The Holo Optic wins out over the Red Eye Sight based on the scoped magnification stats, with the Red Eye offering 1.15x scoped view while the Holo grants a superior 1.3x. That said, this may come down to TobyWanShinobi's personal preference, so feel free to experiment and find your perfect scope.
Drum Mag
Any mag attachment is great, but the Speed Mag doesn't offer quite enough value to outdo the Drum Mag. The Drum provides 7 additional bullets per clip, crucial during close-range duels and medium-range scraps against multiple enemies.
Vertical Foregrip
The Vertical Foregrip improves weapon recoil when ADS'ing as well as improving bullet spread. This is a must-use on your Striker AR, able to win you most (if not all) medium and long-range duels.
Muzzle Brake
The Suppressor attachment reduces muzzle flash and dampens your gun's volume, and is a super situational mod. The Muzzle Brake is simply a flat-out upgrade, lowering your gun recoil even further!
