World of Warcraft is picking up the pace in its newest expansion. With Season 1 of The War Within now live, thousands of players are flocking to try out the new raid, Mythic+ dungeons, and the higher-difficulty Delves. All of this excitement also warrants some feedback from players as balancing this game can be quite tricky.
Having that in mind, the dev team has released a bunch of new updates to The War Within, so we will briefly go over all of the balance adjustments, bug fixes, and quality-of-life changes added to the iconic MMORPG.

- Fixed a Diabolist issue where Ruination would consume Crashing Chaos.

- Fixed an issue where quest credit was not being properly granted for Preserving Solo.

Mythic+ Affixes
Xal’atath’s Bargain: Voidbound no longer increases Void Emissary health.
Developers’ notes: This was a reversal of a change we recently made. Blessing from Beyond still grants players 50% increased cooldown reduction.

- Fixed an issue where purchasing Shackled Shadow would remove Vermillion Imperial Lynx from Auralia Steelstrike’s offerings.
Delves
Earthcrawl Mines
- Increased Web General Ab’enar’s fire area of effect visual on Burning Cart to match its damaging area of effect.
Professions
Jewelcrafting
- Fixed an issue that prevented Magnificent Jeweler’s Setting and Nerubian Gemweaver from functioning on Timewalking Raid items. This fix is not retroactive.
