The Immersive Tactical Drill event is finally live in Zenless Zone Zero, and in this guide, we’ll show you how you can unlock this event and complete it to get a nice boost to your Polychromes, and a good amount of Specialized Physical Chips to level your Jane’s skills. If you’ve pulled for her, that is.

How to Unlock
To unlock the Immersive Tactical drill, you must first meet the requirements for it:
- Reach Inter-Knot Lv. 30 or higher
- Reach Main Story Chapter 2 Interlude - Intermission
Upon completing the above requirements, you will receive a quest in your Inter-Knot schedule that will have you talk to Lyla.
Lyla can be found in the HIA Club (the place where you farm for Agent skills and ascension materials).
Once you talk to Lyla, you will unlock the Immersive Tactical Drill event and become able to try the event challenges.

How to Play
After unlocking the event through Lyla, you will be brought to the event screen where you will see a series of challenges. Challenges offer different enemies, and a new challenge unlocks each day. To unlock subsequent stages, you must first complete the stage before it. In short, to challenge stage 2, you must first complete stage 1, and so on.
Each stage has a different name and comes with different Trigger Requirements and Combat Buffs.
Trigger Requirements
Trigger Requirements are a new feature in ZZZ exclusive to the Immersive Tactical Drill event. Each stage of the event will feature different Trigger Requirements that players will have to fulfill to obtain Combat Buffs.
Combat Buffs
Combat Buffs are unique to each stage in the event and give different effects that strengthen your characters. To activate a Combat Buff, you must first complete the stage’s unique Trigger Requirements. Combat Buffs have various effects and remain active for a set duration.
By completing a Trigger requirement, you can refresh the duration of the Combat Buff, so if you play your cards right, you’ll always have a nice buff supporting you at all times.

The Immersive Tactical Drill has a total of 28 rewards for players to claim. The rewards are divided into 8 categories, with each category requiring you to complete a specific Event Challenge.
