After the Bullguard battle, climb up the slope but don’t reach Outside the Forest Keeper’s Shrine. Actually, this location in the Forest of Wolves is difficult to miss, and it’s the first Meditation Spot you’ll come across in the entire game.

Meditation Spot II

Head down the slope and walk past the Guanyin Temple. Turn left, and you’ll stumble upon a small cave opening in Black Hills. That’s where the second Meditation Spot is located. Moreover, you’ll find the horse NPC inside as well.

Meditation Spot III

Walk towards the small cave after defeating the Whiteclad Noble and check the vista on your left. The best news is that there is also a Celestial Taiyi Pill upgrade next to the third Meditation Spot in the Marsh of White Mist.
