If you want to find Elder Jinchi, you need to unlock the Ancient Guanyin Temple. This is a hidden location that can only be found after ringing the three bells located in three different areas in Chapter 1.
First Bell Location
Go to the Outside the Forest Shrine waypoint and walk forward across the bridge until you see a fox enemy. Take the left path up the hill, and you'll find the Guangzhi boss. Defeat him and ring the bell.
Second Bell Location
Walk to the Snake Trail Keeper's Shrine, go up the stairs, and move forward across the bridge. When you see a river, go down the hill and proceed down the slope. Make sure to follow the flames, and you'll find the Yaoguai Chief Guangmou. Defeat him, climb up the stairs, and ring the second bell.
Third Bell Location
The third bell is located at the Ancient Guanyin Temple. To get there, defeat the Whiteclad Noble in the Marsh of the White Mist. Once you're done, don't go forward; simply turn left and you'll see the final bell.

Black Myth Wukong How To Defeat Elder Jinchi
Elder Jinchi doesn't fight alone; he spawns minions that restore his health. In the beginning, he will launch a long-distance attack, which you can easily dodge, but be careful because when you get too close to him, he will perform a stomp attack as well as a series of combos consisting of jumping around and swishing his hands.
Freeze the boss mid-attack with a combination of light and heavy attacks. Once Elder Jinchi reaches half HP, he will float and summon more minions. Kill them before they reach the boss to stop the healing process, and they will recover some of your HP instead.

Black Myth Wukong Elder Jinchi's Strongest Attacks
One of the most powerful attacks of Elder Jinchi consists of him shoving his hand into the ground, creating a crate, and dealing damage with a shockwave. Sometimes he does it once, other times he keeps creating bigger shockwaves until they cover the area. Dodge the attack by running away as far as you can, and don't approach him again until it's done.
Elder Jinchi can also command his minions to attack you. They will glow and try to trap you, draining your HP. Just sprint around the battlefield until they stop. You can also summon the Red Tides and the Wandering Spirits to deal extra damage. For more information about Black Myth Wukong, you can check out this article.
