In Black Myth Wukong, your stamina will be naturally regenerated, but when it comes to Mana, no item or potion can help you. To recover it, you have to rest at a Shrine or respawn after death. However, some skill upgrades can help you recover Mana when used in combat. Keep in mind that the following spells can be used only to keep your Mana high when you already have a good amount.

It's important to note that when you're focusing too much on Mana during combat by using the upgrades above, you might become vulnerable and make a lot of errors. The good news is that you can simply increase the maximum level of this stat by finding Celestial Taiyi Pills.
They will offer a temporary boost, and after reaching Level 30, you will be able to upgrade the Spiritual Awakening skill in the Survival skill tree.
