Black Myth Wukong - How To Get Turtle Tear

As you progress through Chapter 3 in Black Myth Wukong, the game will eventually lead you to the Pagoda Realm and Turtle Island. Soon, you'll have access to a quest that will require you to have the Turtle Tear.

This is one of the Soaks available in the game, and you'll have to defeat Kang-Jin Star and interact with a carcass in the Bitter Lake to obtain it. This guide will help you get the Turtle Tear, so you can progress fast in Black Myth Wukong.

Black Myth Wukong Kang-Jin Star Location

After you escape the Pagoda Realm, you'll reach the Warding Temple. Defeat the Macaque Chief one more time and follow the main path until you can slide down the ice slope. Once the cutscene is over, you'll notice Kang-Jin Star talking to someone.

When you approach them, you'll interrupt their conversation, and Kang-Jin Star will attack you. Prepare for this fight by saving some Shock-Quelling Powder, as she can inflict Shock status very quickly.

Kang-Jin Star uses electricity as her main attack, and her lightning strikes can come at you from any direction, no matter how close you are to her. You can use Rock Solid or Cloud Step to protect yourself, and the Ring of Fire Spell can help you retreat to another spot and heal.

Keep in mind that Kang-Jin Star summons serpent-like projectiles that rotate around her in the air. She can send them towards you at any point, so be ready to dodge. Although this boss doesn't move a lot, she can teleport, so always keep your eyes open. As long as you're patient, you'll have no trouble winning this battle.

When the fight is over, speak to the Pig, and you'll be transported to the North Shore of the Bitter Lake Keeper's Shrine. Turn right and follow the main path. You'll soon stumble upon the carcasses of a few giant snakes. Move towards them, and you'll arrive at an archway.

Go through it and approach the main body of the snake. Defeat the Apramana Bat boss and interact with the dead body to initiate a cutscene. After it finishes, you'll gain the Turtle Tear as a reward.
