Where to Find G Rock in Hades 2

Before starting your run, make sure you have the Cresent Pick equipped. You are going to need it. You need to head down into the Underworld to find some G Rock in Hades 2. Make your way to the Mourning Fields, the Underworld’s third region, by taking on Scylla and the Sirens.

You can find the Glassrock throughout the Mourning Fields. Keep an eye out for jagged nodes of gray stone sticking out of the ground. This is the G Rock in Hades 2. It can be hard to find considering that the Mourning Fields are so open so try and use the Reagent Sensing incantation to make your life a little easier.

You can try and look for the miniboss rooms. They are smaller and finding Glassrock deposits may be simpler.

Unless you have any boons or upgrades on the Crescent Pick to increase the amount of resources you pick up from each node, you should gain three Glassrock per deposit. The Mourning Fields region is large and open but not very long so you won’t have many opportunities to find G Rock nodes before reaching the guardian and moving on to the next region.

You will need to visit frequently before you find all the G Rock you need for your crafting. Glassrock is one of the hardest-to-find materials in Hades 2 so make the most of what you manage to mine. The good news is that as you pick up Glassrock, you can upgrade your pick so it is easier next time.

Considering the game is still in early access, we can assume that more weapons are on the way.
