Hades 2: What Are Obol Points?
Obol Points in Hades 2 are a new currency that can be used to order supplies from Charon, Ferryman of the Underworld. You can earn an Obol Point each time you spend 1,000 gold in Charon's shop. You can reach this threshold across different runs, so you don't need to actively play around it; think of it as a way to have some passive income during your playthrough. Your Obol Points can be found in the 'Indulgences' section of your inventory, and you can also see how much gold you need to spend in order to earn another one.

Hades 2: How to Use Obol Points
Once you have spent 1,000 Gold in Charon's shop over your different runs, you are going to be able to be able to have a conversation with him, which will end in him rewarding you an Obol Point. When your run ends, you are going to find him in the Crossroads main hub speaking with Hecate, and this will unlock a new interactable box next to the river, called Charon's Stash. Each time you visit this stash, there is going to be a certain amount of resources available to purchase, and you can use your Obol Points to make an order.
Once you order these resources, they are going to arrive after a certain amount of time, so make sure to start a new run and check back later.
That is everything you need to know about Obol Points in Hades 2. The game has a ton of features that differ from the original, so hopefully this article has helped you learn something new.
