Hearthstone 2025 Roadmap Revealed

Among the plethora of World of Warcraft announcements, other famous Blizzard titles also got the spotlight, and Hearthstone deserved it given its 10-year runtime already. Along with the exciting new Starcraft mini-set coming in January 2025, the devs also showcased their roadmap for 2025.

We will take a closer look as to what fans of the card game can expect in the coming year.

Hearthstone will have three new expansions in 2025, with three more mini-sets and new Battlegrounds seasons for all types of players to enjoy. Keep in mind that not all of the titles are final as stated in the image above.

Into the Emerald Dream Patch 32.0

New expansion centered around the conflict in the Emerald Dream between the druids of the Cenarion Circle against the forces of the Old Gods. With the World Tree at stake, we will most likely see some very flashy and impactful card designs.
Season 10 of Battlegrounds will also launch during the expansion looking to shake things up in the Tavern in Patch 32.2
A Druids of the Flame mini-set will also follow before the next major expansion in Patch 32.4.

The Shrouded City Patch 33.0

Since this will be the second expansion for the Year of the Raptor, we will be going back to the Un'goro Crater along with Elise Starseeker in a quest to find the lost Tortollan City.
Season 11 of Battlegrounds will also launch during the expansion looking to shake things up in the Tavern in Patch 33.2.
Continuing the Tortollan theme, a Festival of the Devilsaur mini-set will also be introduced during the expansion in Patch 33.4.

The Heroes of Time Patch 34.0

The final expansion for 2025 will feature Chromie as players will be helping her defeat the powerful leader of the Infinite Dragonflight, Murazond. It seems that Chromie will be recruiting many iconic Warcraft heroes and champions so get ready for some sweet cameos.
Season 12 of Battlegrounds will also launch during the expansion looking to shake things up in the Tavern in Patch 34.2.
Following this, a Festival of the Devilsaur mini-set will also be introduced during the expansion in Patch 34.4.

Along with the Heroes of Starcraft mini-set, players are in for a lot of treats this time around, and hopefully, the devs are able to deliver some fun new cards to experiment with.
