A new version of our games means new content, new events, and, more often than not, new characters. However, that is not all the new updates bring to Honkai: Star Rail. While Version 3.0 for Honkai: Star Rail is shaping up to be one of the game’s biggest releases to date, it also does not forget to touch up on things that players have brought up and has managed to tightly jam in a ton of experience optimizations for players to enjoy after the new version release later this month. Below is a breakdown of all the new experience optimizations that we’ll be receiving with the new version 3.0, so let’s not waste any more time looking at them!
Table of Contents
Flying Amphora
Flying Amphora is a new item that will make an appearance in Amphoreus. This is a destructible item that players can encounter in the open world. By smashing this item, players will get a nice SPD boost, allowing them to quickly move around the map, almost as if they have activated Yukong’s skill. The Flying Amphora is something that the players have been requesting ever since the maps in Star Rail began growing massive with each following update and walking just became a truly tedious process.

Trailblaze Power and Immersifier Cap Increase
The developers have heard players’ desires to do more in the game, and as such, with the new version, they will be increasing the cap for Trailblaze Power from 240 to 300. This increase will not change things for players who play daily and manage to log in once every 24 hours; however, it will help those who are not able to log in consistently and will give more leeway for players who feel like they have to log in so that they don’t lose out on Trailblaze Power. In addition to the Trailblaze Power increase, the developers have also increased the cap of Immersifiers that players can hold from 8 to 12. Similar to the Trailblazer Power cap increase, this increase mostly benefits players who do not have the spare time to use up all of their Immersifiers on a weekly basis.
All Upgrade Materials Stages Available
Following the new update, all stages of Calyx, Stagnant Shadow, and Cavern of Corrosion will be unlocked in advance. This too looks like a change that will mostly benefit those who do not have ample time to enjoy the game.

Treasure Gadget Item
Version 3.0 will add new items known as the Treasure Gadgets. These items can be found in the unique stores for each world, and they will show the locations of chests in an area, making it easier for players to gather missing chests and get a nice boost in Stellar Jade.
Trailblaze Mission Early Access
Not all of you may have cleared up to the latest chapter of the Star Rail main story, but you may still want to experience what Amphoreus has to offer. Well, if that is the case, then you need not worry, as starting from Version 3.0, players will get early access to Trailblaze Missions. What this means is that players who’ve cleared Belobog’s Trailblaze Mission [Silent Galaxy] will be able to start their adventures on either Amphoreus or Penacony and unlock the Trailblaze Missions there!

Leveling Guide Update
A new function will be added to the [Leveling Guide] known as the [Function Collection]. This function will make it easier to calculate the materials needed to level up characters, as well as give players better Relic recommendations to hopefully flesh out their builds.
Relic System Optimization
The last major change that will be added to the game with Version 3.0 is an optimization of the Relic System. After Version 3.0, two new items will be added to the game. These items are known as [Wishful Resin] and [Variable Dice]. Both items will make crafting relics easier and will make it so that you can choose the sub-stats of relics you craft or even reroll the added sub-stats of already leveled pieces to hopefully make the relic grind a bit easier!
This covers all of the new experience optimizations that Honkai: Star Rail will feature in update Version 3.0. There are bound to be more changes released in the future, as well as a ton of bug fixes, so be sure to look out for official releases on those!
