Events are the backbone of any online game; they not only give free rewards to players but are also a fun way for you to experience something new in the game.
Given that Wuthering Waves was just released, there are several events in the game that give out a ton of Lustrous Tides, which are the game’s gacha currency, so players are eager to unlock them to get those free pulls.
That is why in this guide we’ll show you how to unlock the events function in Wuthering Waves so that you can get a lot of free rewards.
How to Unlock Events
You will unlock the events shortly after you unlock the gacha system in Wuthering Waves. It will vary depending on the way you have decided to enjoy the game, but it will take you around an hour and a half to two hours to unlock the event function.
Here is how you unlock events in Wuthering Waves:
- Open [Wuthering Waves]
- Play the [Main Story]
- Reach [Huanglong I - Act II]
- Play the quest [Echoing Marche] until you reach [Panhua Restaurant]
- Unlock [Events]
As you’re playing the [Echoing Marche] quest, you will be invited by Chixia to go to the Panhua Restaurant. After you finish your interaction with Chixia and Yangyang at the Panhua Restaurant, you will unlock the events.
To access the events window, all you need to do is press F1 on your keyboard or click on the party popper icon in the top right.

After you do that, you will be taken to the Events screen, where you will see all ongoing events.
On this page, you can go through all of the current events and claim all the available prizes. Any new events that are introduced to the game will also appear here, so don’t forget to check it often.
