B-Tier ADC Champions
The Collector buff in patch 14.20 works wonders for Samira but she's still very difficult to play and master.
Similar to Samira, Aphelios is benefiting a lot from the Collector changes. He even got a buff to his HP and passive in the most recent LoL update but this wasn't enough for him to reach the top of this tier list.
Trist is doing much better in patch 14.20, now that her E and R have been buffed. However, this isn't enough for her to reach S-tier.
Ezreal might have pretty good popularity and pick-rate but he's not special when it comes to his performance in Ranked.
Similar to Ezreal, Varus doesn't shine in the current meta. He's simply 'okay' in the Summoner's Rift, relying heavily on the team.

A-Tier ADC Champions
Caitlyn used to be one of the most OP ADCs not that long ago. But these days are over. Thankfully, Cait got a buff to her attack speed ratio and her Q in LoL patch 14.20, moving her up to A-tier.
Xayah has been fairly unstable in Season 14 and she finds herself among the good ADCs once more. Definitely not an easy champion to pull off but a good choice nevertheless.
Sera has been in the A-tier for a while now. She has something for every situation - charm, stun, shield, and heal.
Lucian is a decent ADC pick, offering stable damage and mobility.
Yasuo got a huge buff to his Q and R in the recent League of Legends update. He's an insane hyper-carry but he performs better in the mid-lane.

Vayne is the type of champion that spikes only after one item. She has lots of carry potential and mobility.
MF might not be as strong as she used to be, but she's still a very easy-to-play lane bully.
Surprisingly, Lux is still in the ADC meta. Great burst and AoE damage, along with a shield and amazing crowd control.

S-Tier ADC Champions
Nilah is an underrated ADC pick who got even better in the latest League of Legends patch. She reached OP status very quickly and Riot rushed out a small nerf but this won't stop her. Nilah is on top of her game!
Jhin might have gotten nerfed in patch 14.20 but he's still one of the best ADCs in League of Legends. A classic choice loved by many.
Kai'Sa is still one of the best choices for bot lane currently. She offers hybrid damage and she's very mobile.
Easy to play, fast, global ult - all of these things make Jinx an amazing Ranked pick. Also, don't forget that late-game Jinx is a monster which can turn the tides of any match.

Another easy-to-play champion with insane influence on the game. Ashe brings strong crowd control and vision to the Summoner's Rift, along with a very useful global Ult.
Kog'Maw can thank his mixed damage and long range for his strong performance in the meta.
Draven is getting placed among the best ADCs. He has hyper-carry potential and he's also the perfect pic for players who have an aggressive approach towards the game.
Hwei is in the S-tier, despite his horribly weak start of Season 14. He's in a much better place now.
