League of Legends Season 14 has become a very explosive and exciting change to the game, as players saw major changes to items, new and improved neutral objectives, huge map terrain changes, and many more features that have been adjusted or added to LoL.
With that being said, Rioters are quick to deploy fixes and balance changes to ensure that the meta remains fair and enjoyable whilst still offering fun build paths and champions to test out while everyone is still figuring out the best strategies to win their games.
We will be going over all of the datamined changes for the next 14.3 patch that will be coming to League of Legends on February 7, 2024. Of course, all of this information is subject to change as Riot Games might alter the stats or number but we will make sure to update this article whenever we have more information.

- Mana Growth: 0.45 ⇒ 0.35
Jack In The Box (W)
- Mana Cost: 70 ⇒ 70/65/60/55/50
- Bonus Monster Damage: 10-50 ⇒ 20-80
Two-Shiv Poison (E)
- Mana Cost: 65 ⇒ 75

Prophet of an Elder God (Passive)
- A new data value was discovered "PassiveTentacleBonusRange" = 125. This possibly suggests that her tentacles will have a slightly longer reach to make up for the terrain changes on Summoner's Rift.

- Attack Damage: 56 + 2.5 (per level) ⇒ 55 + 2.3 (per level)

Rune Changes:
- No longer replaces the Ultimate Hunter rune for Relentless Hunter.
Bridge Between (Passive)
- It seems that the passive cooldown will now apply ultimate haste and trigger the new item effects that require you to cast your ultimate to activate.

It seems that clash banners have been moved as the terrain changes to the map shifted around the walls so they would spawn in awkward positions.
Tier 3 Smites now have a static between-cast cooldown.
