The League of Legends 2024 Mid-Season Invitational Bracket Stage has begun with everything on the line for the remaining 8 teams. This stage will include a single Bo5 double-elimination format so we can expect a banger series from the get-go.
With that being said, we will be taking a look at the second Bo5 series between the LPL first seed- Bilibili Gaming as they will face the PCS first seed- PSG Talon.
Although most fans and analysts predict the LPL and LCK to dominate the tournament, a recent interview with the top laner for TES, 369, stated how much the Western players have improved in comparison to their last year's performance.

The second game started with a very clean from Elk on the bot lane as the Kalista and Renata composition seemed unstoppable. A rather hectic start to the game once more as it seems both teams look to aggressively roam, invade, and fight. Yet again, BLG was able to establish a massive gold lead early into the game, further narrowing the chances of PSG stabilizing.
It seems PSG started to crumble apart from not respecting BLG and pushing for unfavored fights. An absolutely brutal display of skill, the LPL roster, but PSG held their ground and was able to punish their opponents. However, BLG was massively favored due to their ability to steamroll and deny comeback opportunities.
A massive surprise from PSG allowed them to ace BLG and claim several bounties and Baron, revitalizing the possibility of a comeback. An amazing feat from PSG as they were able to turn the tide and defeat BLG, tieing the series 1-1.

An amazing start to the game as PSG was able to dominate BLG, with a new surplus of confidence following their first win in the series. Betty's Zeri and Junjia's Vi were styling on the LPL as it seems that we might have quite the series on our hands.

A very strange game 4 as both teams slowed down the pace and instead focused on objectives and turrets as it seems neither team wants to risk going into a fifth game.
A rushed Baron play left BLG defenseless as PSG was able to claim the buff and wipe out the LPL first seed. An unbelievable performance by the PCS first seed as it's any man's game at this point.
Against all odds, PSG was able to defeat BLG and take the series to game 5, in a shocking 2-2 score.

A slower start to the final game of the series, BLG was able to secure a crucial kill for Xun's Kindred as giving too many marks might be trouble for PSG in the long run. The early game was marked by BLG's unwavering will to win the series as Xun played perfectly.
BLG completely dominated the early game, leaving PSG fending for themselves as the pressure simply kept on rising. Unfortunately, BLG was able to recover their form and successfully locked PSG out of any opportunities to stabilize the game.
An absolute onslaught as the LPL team won the series 3-2 and advanced further into the Upper Bracket.
