Marvel Rivals: Hero Hulk Abilities Guide

Hulk is one of our all-time favorite Heroes and we're happy that we have the chance to step into his shoes and participate in some of the most thrilling battles that Marvel Rivals has to offer. The game was released at the beginning of December, and it has already gathered a big fan base ready to explore all Heroes.

The new title includes a total of 33 characters, and each one of them has unique abilities that we can use on the battlefield. However, before choosing a fighter, it's a good idea to learn everyone's skills. In this guide, we'll take a look at Hulk and his abilities in Marvel Rivals. Let's get started!

Hulk has been buffed since the beta version of Marvel Rivals, and he currently has one of the best shields in the entire game. Unfortunately, he has a lot of weaknesses, including often reverting to Bruce and losing matches immediately. His Ultimate can also leave him vulnerable after use.

However, despite these drawbacks, Hulk is one of the most mobile Heroes in the entire game, and his CC and AoE shield have no equal. Moreover, he rewards precise aim, so if you have experience, don't hesitate to give him a try. Unfortunately, he's difficult to master, so if you're a beginner, we recommend giving a chance to other Heroes first.

Marvel Rivals Hulk Abilities

Every character in Marvel Rivals has a good amount of skills that you can use during combat. There are the primary attacks, followed by the special and team abilities. Keep in mind that we encourage players to experiment with all the skills available until they find the ones that can help them in every situation.

Keep in mind that Bruce Banner, Monster Hulk, and Hero Hulk are the three versions of the same character. However, since you'll mostly be using the latter, we'll take a look at his abilities:

Q		Hulk Smash
Description: Unleash stored gamma energy, transforming from Hero Hulk into Monster Hulk for a limited time period. Casting: Transformation Duration: 12s Energy Cost: 3,400 Special Effect: The caster is immobilized during the transformation process and gains Invincibility.
SHIFT		Indestructible Guard
Description: Generate gamma shields for Hero Hulk and nearby allies, absorbing and converting damage into energy for Hulk Smash. Casting: Single-cast spell field that surrounds the caster Range: 5m spherical radius Cooldown: 12s Caster's Shield Value: 250 Ally's Shield Value: 100 Max Shield Duration: 2.5s Special Effect: When the caster's shield takes damage, 100% of the damage is converted into gamma energy. When an ally's shield takes damage, 10% of the damage is converted into gamma energy.
E		Radioactive Lockdown
Description: Emit gamma energy to irradiate enemies and render them immobilized and immune to all ability effects. Using Heavy Blow or Gamma Burst will prematurely remove this status. Casting: Single-cast projectile Projectile Speed: 100m/s Damage: 5 Cooldown: 15s Max Duration: 2s Special Effect: Heavy Blow and Gamma Burst can detect and damage irradiated enemies, and prematurely remove the status.
SPACE		Incredible Leap
Description: Hold Space to perform a charged leap that allows Hero Hulk to Knock a flying enemy to the ground. Casting: Charged Dash Minimum Charge Time: 0.7s Maximum Charge Time: 2s Speed at Minimum Charge Time: 19m/s Speed at Maximum Charge Time: 25m/s Special Effect: Press Space during the Incredible Leap to cling to the wall you encounter.
RMB		Gamma Burst
Description: Emit gamma-ray bursts to inflict damage. Casting: Single-cast projectile that can pierce through enemies. Projectile Speed: 80m/s Damage: 70 Cooldown: 8s
Team-Up Abilities
Passive		Gamma Boost
Description: Hulk charges Doctor Strange and Iron Man with gamma radiation. When Doctor Strange uses Maelstrom of Madness, he unleashes Gamma Maelstrom. When Iron Man uses Armor Overdrive, he will initiate a gamma upgrade. Team-Up Bonus: Hero Hulk and Monster Hulk gain 150 Max Health
C		Gamma Fastball
Description: Wolverine and Hulk can interact with each other. Once both parties confirm, Hulk can lift Wolverine and press the key to hurl him forward. Casting: Targeted Maximum Distance: 20m Cooldown: 3s when not thrown, 15s when thrown.
