Hulkenberg is hands down one of the most reliable allies in Metaphor: ReFantazio, so it's not only important to unlock the character but also to gain her as a Follower. The best news is that her backstory is extremely interesting, so you won't feel like you're wasting your time while talking to her.

Metaphor: ReFantazio All Followers & How To Unlock Them

There are plenty of Followers to choose from in Metaphor: ReFantazio, more specifically 14 of them in total. Each one of these characters has a compelling story that is worth revealing, but you'll have to spend some of your free time with them and sometimes even complete tasks.

Metaphor: ReFantazio How To Unlock Hulkenberg

Although there are some Followers that you'll have to specifically look for, meeting Hulkenberg is an unmissable event in Metaphor: ReFantazio. This doesn't make ranking up the Bond easier, but you'll definitely have less trouble unlocking the character. Moreover, you'll meet Hulkenberg quite early in your adventures through the magical world, so you'll be able to use her powers sooner than you might think.

All you have to do is go to the Mausoleum. She'll automatically become your Follower when you start your first conversation with her. However, this has to happen after June 10 in the game. Additionally, she'll provide you with access to the Knight Archetype, which will give you a good tactical advantage on the battlefield.
