Moana 2 Plot
According to the official synopsis of Moana 2, Vayana and Maui meet again three years after the events of the first film to embark on a new journey with a crew of wacky seafarers. The unexpected call of her pathfinder ancestors sends Vayana to the distant seas of Oceania in dangerous and long-forgotten waters on an incredible and never-before-seen adventure to break the god Nalo's curse on the hidden island called Motufetu.

The movie is 100 minutes long, and it was directed by David Derrick Jr., Jason Hand, and Dana Ledoux Miller. The new title premiered on November 21, 2024, at the Lanikuhonua Cultural Institute in Kapolei, Hawaii, and it reached the rest of the world, including the United States, on November 27, 2024.

Although Auli'i Cravalho was just 14 years old when she first portrayed Moana, the now 23-year-old is even more suitable for the role, as her comic timing has only improved over the years.
