No Rest for the Wicked's early access build is out, and if you are looking for a combination between the Diablo and Dark Souls franchises, this might be one of your favorite games for the next few weeks. Dense and vertical level design filled with shortcuts and secrets, a slow but weighty combat system, and exciting loot drops are just some of the things you can expect from Moon Studios' latest project. The game also manages to add some systems from other genres as well, with a customizable housing system, as well as daily and weekly challenges akin to some of the most popular MMOs of the last decade.
These daily and weekly challenges and bounties can be a great way to earn some extra money in the game, but some players might be having some issues turning them in, as the UI is a bit misleading. Here is how you can complete your challenges in No Rest for the Wicked.

No Rest for the Wicked: How to Complete Challenges
Once you reach the city of Sacrament and finish a couple of introductory quests, you are going to be able to engage with the Bounty Hunting and Challenge systems in No Rest for the Wicked. Both of these are very similar to MMO dailies and weeklies, and they will require you to do some simple tasks, such as defeating certain enemies or collecting some resources. Both bounties and challenges can be found by speaking to Randolph, who can be found right next to the Whisper fast travel point in the middle of the city.
Once you talk to Randolph, you can open up both menus and see what kind of daily and weekly challenges and bounties are available. One thing to keep in mind is that you have to activate these tasks from the menu if you want your progress to count. Once active, you can go out in the world and complete whatever task you have chosen, but there is usually not going to be any indication on the map, so you might have to read the description.

Once you have finished a bounty or challenge, you will receive a big notification on top of your screen, as well as in your quest log, that it has been successfully completed. You can go back and speak to Randolph to receive your rewards, which are usually a small amount of money, as well as some items. If you are wondering why some challenges (like collecting wood) are not counting toward your progress, make sure to press the 'Contribute' button on your screen, as you have to actually provide the materials instead of just collecting them.
As per the wording, daily tasks are going to reset every day, and new weeklies are going to be available each week. Make sure to check back on Randolph, as he might offer you new rewards that you might need for your current character's build.
That is everything you need to know about bounties and challenges in No Rest for the Wicked. The addition of dailies and weeklies in an ARPG is definitely an interesting choice and we are interested to see how this system is going to change over the course of the early access stage of the game.
