Palworld - How to Get and Use Schematics

If you want to craft the best gear in Palworld, you will need to use Schematics. These recipes unlock the most powerful equipment, offering either enhanced versions of your basic gear from the Technology tab or entirely new items. In this guide, we will teach you where to find Schematics and how to use them.

How to Get Schematics in Palworld

So far, we've discovered four ways to get them in the world:

• In Low-Level Areas: You can find different Schematics in chests hidden in these areas.
• In High-Level Areas: Chests in these areas contain better Schematics, but they require Copper Keys to open.
• From High-Level Human Enemies: I got raided by level 18 Humans, and one of them dropped a Schematic.
• In Dungeons: Dungeons are riskier but can reward you with brand new Schematics and other materials.

Where to Buy Schematics

You can also buy Schematics from the Wandering Merchant for 500 gold each. Check the Small Settlement location in the image below.

He sells different materials and 8 Schematics such as: Long-eared Headband, Witch Hat, Farming Hat, and a few more Caps.

If the Merchant isn't in the village, that means he is traveling and will pass through your base.

How to Use Schematics in Palworld

Using Schematics in Palworld is different from other games. You can't learn the recipe directly. Simply have the Schematics in your inventory and go to a crafting bench.

Once you open the crafting bench, the recipe will appear, and you can craft it. I've managed to get a legendary recipe for armor, but I don't have the necessary materials to craft it yet.

After you are done crafting, just store them in your chest for future use.
