Starting on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, you'll be able to take part in Timed Research and enjoy wild encounters with a roster of Shiny Pokemon if you're lucky! Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming Research Day.

Event-themed Field Research tasks will award encounters with the featured Pokemon! You’ll have an increased chance of encountering a Shiny one.

Yamask and Galarian will be available in the following CP ranges from Research encounters:
- Yamask: 387 CP – 420 CP
- Galarian Yamask: 387 CP – 420 CP

- Zigzagoon*
- Galarian Zigzagoon*
- Duskull*
- Shieldon*

For $2.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access event-exclusive Timed Research. This Timed Research will challenge you to complete Field Research tasks to encounter more of the featured Pokemon, with a chance of them being Shiny!
