Thankfully, Poltergeists in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl are not entirely invisible. However, they are constantly surrounded by a gas cloud, which will prevent you from seeing them clearly. They will attack you by throwing different objects, and the best way to deal with their advances is by using SMGs and ARs.
When you find yourself in an area with a Poltergeist, you'll first hear the sound of items flying through the air. Don't be afraid to approach the place where the sound is coming from, but be prepared to dodge a hit at any second. Once you've avoided the attack, switch to your weapon's burst mode and shoot the gas form of the Poltergeist. This will make it create a wall of rocks and move around.
Try to predict where it will stop next and don't get close to it, as this will make it pass through you. The moment it stops again, shoot it down and dodge any object coming your way. If the Poltergeist is still not dead, simply repeat the process. It's important to note that this information applies to every difficulty level in the game.

The second type of invisible enemies in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl are the Bloodsuckers. You'll encounter them at the beginning stages of your journey, and you'll quickly notice their incredible speed and damage output. Although most weapons will work just fine against them, we recommend using Shotguns to take them down since these monsters will often try to get close to you.
To recognize a Bloodsucker, watch out for camouflaged silhouettes approaching you. Of course, they will be much easier to spot if you're standing in an open area, but if you concentrate enough, you'll be able to see them well in any environment. Once the Bloodsucker gets close to you, you'll hear a sound; after hearing it, you'll only have a second to dodge the attack that will follow.
Just jump out of the way and immediately shoot at the monster. The good news is that you'll be able to deal damage even while it's invisible.
