Blizzard has introduced more hotfixes to the game as players have noticed some very frustrating bugs. This time around, librams have received increased drop chances as well as some minor quality-of-life changes to items, runes, and some class balance changes.
With that in mind, we will go over all of the updates that were added to World of Warcraft Season of Discovery Phase 4 on July 31, 2024.

WoW SoD Phase 4 General Changes

Further increased drop chances of Libram of Resilience from various sources in the world.

Added a chance for Libram of Voracity, Libram of Rapidity, and Libram of Resilience to appear in the Damaged Undermine Supply Crates purchased with Tarnished Undermine Reals.

Essence of the Pure Flame will now show its reflect damage in the combat log.

Hydraxian Coronation now binds the target piece of gear.

The Alliance quest End of the Dark Horde is now given by Master Mathias Shaw (was given by General Marcus Jonathan).

Overcharged rune can now be obtained by those that previously completed the discovery but didn't get the rune.

Fine Flarecore Gloves are no longer class restricted.

WoW SoD Phase 4 Class Changes
Hunter

Hunters can no longer place multiples of the same trap by unequipping Trap Launcher and placing the trap.
Shaman

The Elemental Tier 1 6-piece bonus will now correctly refresh Flame Shock to 18 seconds if Burn is engraved.
Warlock
- Mages' Balefire Bolt can no longer damage targets affected by Banish. They will be Immune.
And that covers all of the hotfixes that were mentioned in the most recent blue post by the Classic devs. World of Warcraft Season of Discovery is slowly amping up the heat as more and more guilds are setting foot in the Molten Core and Onyxia's Lair.
