World of Warcraft Season of Discovery Phase 2 has set itself apart from the Vanilla experience by adding twists and new content to the beloved world of Azeroth. Not only is Season of Discovery filled with new runes, spells, QoL changes, and PvP Events, coupled with revamped Raids for players to gain new gear.
Given the new additions to the game, the Blizzard devs have also adjusted the Arathi Basin rewards so that there are no class restrictions anymore. We will take a look at what that entails for players and how we can expect the future phases to play out.

WoW SoD Phase 2 Arathi Basin Rewards Class Restrictions
As per a blue post by one of the lead developers for Season of Discovery, Aggrend informed the players that there will no longer be class restrictions for the Arathi Basin reputation rewards.
We are going to go ahead and remove the class restrictions from Arathi Basin reputation reward 3-piece armor sets. We’ve read your feedback around this issue and we largely agree that these restrictions are fairly arbitrary and felt like this would be a good change for the game overall to allow for a bit more flexibility in PvP gearing.
This is an interesting approach to PvP as it will allow for more classes to take advantage of the different pieces of gear to make their class stronger for PvP content, and although the imbalanced nature of Classic remains, this might be a welcome change to spice up the life of PvP enthusiasts.
