Season of Discovery has brought a lot of interesting challenges, whether players were tackling the new Gnomeregan Raid, duking it out in PvP, or trying to collect all of the runes, Blizzard presented a plethora of new and exciting experiences for every player.
Following two days of intense theory crafting, a raid group formed by popular content creators and streamers Savix, Xaryu, Sarthe, Shobek, and Bobka, players from both factions were able to take down the powerful Kha'damu.
So far, many players have been enjoying Season of Discovery with some sharing constructive feedback and criticism regarding what can be improved given the experimental nature of the entire project.

WoW SoD Phase 2: Kha'damu World First Kill
One of the most epic feats in MMORPGs, killing Kha'damu seemed impossible at first. The boss had abilities that made him deal more damage the more kills he could gather during the Blood Moon PvP Event, but that did not stop the hardcore veterans of WoW.
The battle took place in the legendary Gurubashi Arena as players were trying their hardest to take down this mighty troll. The boss has an enrage mechanic that increases his health to 12 million HP once the boss reaches 20%.
Even a GM was spotted that helped to tank Kha'damu, proving how much the dev team is involved with the community.
The amount of coordination and effort that went into killing the boss proved how much players love World of Warcraft, seemingly encouraging a more inclusive community experience.

WoW SoD Phase 2: Kha'damu Boss Loot
After an almost 20-minute fight, the boss was finally defeated. Many players rejoiced at this spectacular achievement as this World First Kill showed the players' passion and love for WoW.
Kha'damu offered some nice rewards and even a special Epic item.
What's interesting is that the Sword cannot be equipped because it requires you to be level 125 and has the Unique (0) tag, making it one of a kind. The players who participated in the event also received 3x Silver Blood Coin.
