WoW TWW 11.0.7 New Ring Buffs

With the new patch for The War Within closing in, Blizzard announced some very positive changes for the new powerful Cyrce's Circlet ring that will allow players to slot in special gems with unique enhancements. 

We will go over all of the buffs for the ring for the upcoming Siren Isle update.

Cyrce's Circlet Ring Buffs

In a surprising twist of events, Blizzard has been sharing some very positive changes and the players are more than happy to see the direction the devs are taking in regard to in-game systems and balancing. 

Cyrce's Circlet is a powerful new ring that will become available at the start of 11.0.7, allowing players to socket up to 3 powerful gems with abilities that can enhance your damage, healing, and survivability. Having that in mind, here are the buffs you can expect once the new patch rolls out. 

Cyrce’s Circlet will start at item level 639, and when fully upgraded, will reach a maximum item level of 658.

Right off the bat, this will clearly define the new ring as the go-to gear for every player in terms of viability, making it quite the strong upgrade for those who even do Mythic raiding and high M+ dungeons.

Our goal here is to make the ring a clear choice for the remainder of Season 1, as well as keeping it relevant in Season 2, where it should compete with Heroic raid gear and be replaced by drops from the Mythic raid and high M+ dungeons.

With players having access to an item level 639 at the start of the new patch, this will significantly increase the impact and overall enjoyment, making it even more worthwhile to turn in your weekly quests in the Siren Isle so you can upgrade it to item level 658.

To be clear, we do not have specific plans to diminish the ring’s overall power later, but we will make adjustments as needed to ensure that it remains comparable to other rings of a similar item level during Season 2.

Overall, the WoW community is excited to give the new ring a try as we still do not have the full sims as to how strong it will be in comparison to the available gear for grabs during Season 1 of The War Within.
