With the next World of Warcraft The War Within patch underway, the devs recently posted all of the class tuning we can expect come patch 11.0.7.
We will go over all of the different class balance adjustments that will go live on December 17 for US players and December 18 for Europeans.

WoW TWW 11.0.7 PvE Class Changes
Death Knight
- Apocalypse ghoul damage increased by 30%.
- Rotten Touch now increases the damage of your Scourge Strike against the target by 60% (was 50%).
- Death Coil damage increased by 8%.
- Scourge Strike, Clawing Shadows and Vampiric Strike damage increased by 10%.
Demon Hunter
- Chaos Strike/Annihilation damage increased by 10%.
- Demon’s Bite/Demon Blades damage increased by 10%.
Evoker
- All damage increased by 4%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
- Pyre damage increased by 20%.

Hunter
- Trick Shots damage percentage increased to 75% (was 65%).
- Razor Fragments AOE damage percentage increased to 35% (was 25%).
- Dark Ranger: Black Arrow damage increased by 15%.
- Dark Ranger: Shadow Surge damage increased by 25%.
- Dark Ranger: Bleak Powder damage increased by 25%.
Paladin
- Veneration now transfers 225% of damage done into healing (was 200%).
- Saved by the Light absorb amount increased by 15%. Does not affect PvP combat.
- Consecration damage increased by 30%.
- Lightsmith: Tempered in Battle no longer activates while the paladin is within crowd control.
- Tempered in Battle no longer activates if its target is in Cyclone, Detainment Imprison, or Diamond Ice Freezing Trap.
Priest
- Flash Heal healing increased by 15%.
- Holy Fire damage increased by 15%.
Shaman
- Totemic: Surging Totem mana cost reduced by 25%.
Warlock
- Haunt damage increased by 75%. Not applied to PvP combat.
- Focused Malignancy now causes Malefic Rapture to deal 25% increased damage to targets suffering from Unstable Affliction (was 15%). Not applied to PvP combat.
- Oblivion damage increased 25%.
- Xavius’ Gambit now increases the damage of Unstable Affliction by 20% (was 15%).
- Perpetual Unstability damage increased by 25%.
- Siphon Life now increases Corruption damage by 30% (was 20%).

- Deathbringer: Reaper’s Mark damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.
- Deathbringer: Wave of Souls damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.

- Deathbringer: Wave of Souls damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.
Druid
- Elune’s Chosen: Lunar Calling is now 80% effective in PvP combat (was 62%).
- All healing increased by 5% in PvP combat.
Evoker
- Deep Breath damage reduced by 15%.
- Molten Embers increases damage taken from Black spells by up to 20% (was 40%) in PvP combat

- Sunfury: Burden of Power now increases the damage of your next Pyroblast or Arcane Blast by 40% in PvP combat (was 20%).
Monk
- Conduit of the Celestials: Celestial Conduit healing increased by 50% in PvP combat.
- Fists of Fury damage increased by 30% in PvP combat.
- Blackout Kick damage reduced by 15% in PvP combat.
- Touch of Karma now absorbs up to 50% of maximum health in PvP combat (was 80%).
- Shado-Pan: Flurry Strike shadow damage from Wisdom of the Wall increased by 30% in PvP combat.
Priest
- Voidweaver: Inner Quietus increases Power Word: Shield’s absorption by 40% in PvP combat (was 20%).
Shaman
- Stormbringer: Tempest damage increased by 15% in PvP combat.
- Riptide healing increased by 15% in PvP Combat.
- Healing Surge healing increased by 20% in PvP combat.
Warlock
- Chaos Bolt damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.
- Immolate damage over time increased by 20% in PvP combat.
- Hellcaller: Wither damage over time reduced by 25% in PvP combat.
Warlock
- Mountain Thane: Strength of the Mountain now increases the damage of Rampage and Bloodthirst by 45% in PvP combat (was 30%).
