World of Warcraft is picking up the pace in its newest expansion. With Season 1 of The War Within now live, thousands of players are flocking to try out the new raid, Mythic+ dungeons, and the higher-difficulty Delves. All of this excitement also warrants some feedback from players as balancing this game can be quite tricky.

Having that in mind, the dev team has released a bunch of new updates to The War Within, so we will briefly go over all of the balance adjustments, bug fixes, and quality-of-life changes added to the iconic MMORPG.

  • Movement speed of the Twilight Wind reduced by 15%.
  • Movement speed reduction to players inside the area trigger reduced to 10%.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed players to be hit multiple times by a Twilight Wind.

  • Melee damage reduced by 66%.
  • Melee attacks can no longer critically strike.
