Don't knock the power of meditation. Try to find a quiet place, play some mellow music, or find some ear-plugs to down out any ambient noise and just quiet your mind. I find this helps with tilt and overall mental health.

1. It is okay to postpone emotions - don't let yourself be emotional in the game until you're done 2. Don't queue rated at all when you're not in a good state of mind 3. Don't get mad at others - you'll never have to play with them again. Don't get mad at yourself - instead of getting emotional about a bad play or shot, look at it and ask yourself what you did wrong and treat it as a learning experience. 4. Remove yourself from tilting factor. If someone is even slightly a bit irritating to you - mute them. Don't play with tilting teammates if you have a choice. 5. Control factors outside of the game. Ex: Neck pains, lighting, hydration 6. Create a calm state of mind, get into your zone, just reduce tension in your body. Music is the quickest ways to get to the point.
