1) Analyze your mistakes, ask what you did wrong there. 2) Slow down your gameplay, play default, listen to info. 3) Seek out cleaner engages. Seek flash engagements, refrag engagements - engagements that give free kills. 4) Mentally reset. Make sure your body is refreshed. Eat drink water stretch walk around. 5) All you need is a couple of kills to get over mentality. Use set up type weapons, judges odin ares. And you'll be able to turn the momentum. 6) Be confident in mechanics on top of setting clean engagements 7) stepping away and taking a break so you don't get tilted.

One thing I do is if I'm doing really well, I'll play multiple games. But I've committed to a one a day regiment. I'll do my daily training, my practice deathmatch, and then sit in a comp. If I do really well or if I feel a groove, I'll play another. But even if I win but I'm not playing my best or my attitude sucks, I just call it for the day.
