Black Myth Wukong - How To Farm Sparks

Black Myth Wukong has two main resources that will sustain your character's progression and abilities: Will and Sparks. The latter is very similar to Skill Points, and it's used to enhance the Destined One's combat abilities and magic powers.

If you don't find a way to obtain Sparks, you will not be able to defeat the more powerful bosses and progress in the game; that's why this article will guide you through the process of getting enough Sparks.

Black Myth Wukong How To Get More Sparks

There are only two ways to acquire Sparks in Black Myth Wukong: leveling up and finding Meditation Spots. Here's how to do each one of them.

Level Up

Every time you level up, you will automatically receive one Spark. Naturally, the more you progress, the more of this resource you will get. The best strategies for leveling up in Black Myth Wukong are defeating bosses and completing main or side story quests.

Keep in mind that enemies, such as the Wandering Wight, grant a lot of XP and increase your Spark count immensely. Moreover, if you rest at a Keeper's Shrine, the game will respawn all opponents in the area, allowing you to farm more XP.

Find Meditation Spots

Meditation Spots in Black Myth Wukong give the Monkey King the opportunity to rest and recharge his powers for the next quest. When you interact with one of them, the game will reward you with a Spark.

The best news is that there are a lot of Meditation Spots scattered around the five main areas, so make sure you find and interact with all of them to get as many Sparks as possible and unlock new skills.

Black Myth Wukong How To Use Sparks

Sparks can be used to unlock new abilities and skills, and you can retain them even after you have already died and respawned. To use them, simply open the Self-Advance menu and invest them into any ability or spell you want.
