Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred: Best Spiritborn Leveling Builds

The Quill Volley Spiritborn is a ranged AoE build that is an amazing choice during the leveling phase of the game. With this build, you are going to be able to shoot volleys of feathers, which deal significant AoE damage while also allowing you to destroy single enemies if you use it from melee range. It does not require any specific items in order to function, and it's definitely the fastest way to progress all the way to level 60. If you want this build to perform even better, make sure to use the Rebounding Aspect, which will make your Quill Volley feathers explode while also returning back to you, increasing their damage significantly.

If you are interested in a damage-over-time build for the Spiritborn while leveling, we can't recommend Stinger enough. This build uses the power of the Centipede to deal high poison damage, creating big explosions of damage in a short amount of time. Even though a damage-over-time build does not sound like a very fast leveling option, the amount of damage it does is so strong that it will feel like a regular skill for the majority of your progression through the game. Now for a Gorilla-based build, the Crushing Hand Spiritborn build. This build allows you to unleash a giant hand that slams into the ground, dealing devastating AoE damage. It's visually satisfying, and it does not require much in order for it to function during the leveling stages. This build is also very tanky, which might allow you to try out some of the harder difficulties a bit earlier than other classes or builds. If you are looking for a very satisfying, fast, and deadly Spiritborn leveling build, consider trying out the Crushing Hand skill!

Our final recommendation is the Rocksplitter Thorns Spiritborn build. This build allows you to gain a large amount of thorns by using the Rocksplitter skill, which makes you incredibly tanky while your enemies die from attacking you. It's very similar to some of the stronger versions of the Thorns Barbarian build, and it's the perfect choice for players who want a more laid-back style of gameplay. This build will easily take you through the earlier stages of the game while also having some viable endgame variations once you reach the first Torment difficulties.
