Dragon's Dogma 2: How to Unlock the Warfarer Vocation
The Warfarer is probably the hardest Vocation to unlock in Dragon's Dogma 2, not because it requires any sort of skill, but because it can be found in the endgame sections of the map. The Warfarer is a unique class that allows players to use all weapon types, with abilities from all of the other Vocations as well.
In order to unlock the Warfarer Vocation, you are going to have to travel to the Geyser Hamlet, which is south of the Volcanic Island Camp. There you will find an NPC named Lamond and by speaking with him he will ask you to provide him with some Newt Liqueur.

Newt Liqueur can be found as a random drop in the open-world, either from defeating enemies or opening chests. You can also purchase Newt Liqueur from the Higgs's Tavern Stand in Bakbattahl. Lamond will ask you for 3 bottles of Newt Liqueur and after exhausting all of his dialogue options, he will unlock the Warfarer class for you.
