Ororon is finally here, and those of you who have been eager to get your hands on the emo boy will love to learn that he is actually a good addition to many teams even at C0, making him one of the more useful 4-star characters to be released in recent times. Ororon’s ability to buff the whole team if equipped with the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City makes him a good supporting Electro character, and his passive, which only applies when he’s used with other Electro or Hydro characters, makes him a good choice in almost any Electro or Hydro team. So, let’s not waste any more time and see where you can play Ororon.

Best Teams

There is no doubt that Ororon can be played on a variety of teams; however, it is worth noting that the character who’s able to best utilize his talents right now is none other than Chasca. Both of these characters have practically been made for one another, with both of them making complete use of the other’s kit. That being said, even without Chasca, Ororon can be slotted into many teams and helps bring back some seemingly forgotten characters!

The best team you can use Ororon in right now is the Hypercarry Chasca team, which includes the following characters:

  • Chasca
  • Ororon
  • Bennett
  • Furina

This team can make use of all the above characters’ strengths while also being able to dish out a ton of damage thanks to all of the buffs that all Ororon, Bennett, and Furina apply. Chasca is the driver for this team, but although she’s the main carry, you can also swap her out for any other Anemo character, such as, let’s say, Wandered or Heizou, to still be able to do a ton of damage!

We’ve already talked about how Ororon’s passive can only be triggered by either Hydro or Electro characters, so it’s only right that we use him in a Hydro team. And what better Hydro team than Neuvillette and Furina? Couple this with a good flex slot such as Xilonen, and you have one ridiculously powerful team able to destroy any content in the game!

Free-to-play players, you’re eating well today. Thanks to his amazing versatility and buffs, Ororon actually has a ton of great free-to-play teams that bring back some old 4-star characters and bring them to a level where they don’t fall behind even some of the better 5-stars. The f2p team we’ve gone with includes:

  • Sucrose
  • Ororon
  • Xingqiu
  • Beidou

This team uses Sucrose as the driver to proc a ton of Swirl reactions and obliterate the enemy with all of the damage that will be coming from Xingqiu, Beidou, and lastly Ororon. If you don’t have Sucrose, you can also opt to use Heizou as the team’s driver thanks to his high damage potential and Anemo Element.
