Honkai: Star Rail just announced the date for their Version 2.4 maintenance, and it is July 31, 2024. This update will feature 3 new characters, new events, and other new features for the players to enjoy. The update will go live after regular maintenance, and the developers will also compensate the players for the downtime.

Version 2.4 Maintenance Date and Time
The Version 2.4 maintenance will start on July 31, 2024, at 06:00:00 (UTC+8).
The developers have confirmed that it will last for approximately 5 hours, and during this time you will not be able to log into the game.
So make sure to complete your dailies and everything else you need to do before the start of the maintenance.
After the maintenance is over, players will be able to hop into Honkai: Star Rail and enjoy the new content that version 2.4 has to offer. Additionally, if they meet the requirements, they will also be eligible for maintenance compensation.

Maintenance Compensation
The developers have confirmed that players will receive 300 Stellar Jade as compensation for the server downtime during the update maintenance.
To be eligible to claim this compensation, you must meet the following requirement:
- Trailblazers with Trailblaze Level ≥ 4 before July 31, 2024, 06:00:00 (UTC+8)
Players who meet this requirement will find the compensation sent to them via in-game mail and will be able to claim it. The developers have mentioned that the compensation will be sent within 5 hours after the maintenance is complete.
NOTE: The compensation will be available until Version 2.4 ends, so do not forget to claim it from your in-game mail.
