Once you unlock Item Appraisal in Metaphor: ReFantazio, you can re-purpose some of your funds towards uncovering whats underneath your muddied, rusted rewards. Pass by any store in the world with some Reeves on you and leave your equipment for appraisal to reveal its true nature and activate its effects. How to Unlock Item Appraisal

To unlock the option to appraise items, you need to complete the Pagan's Dillema Quest:

1. Go to Sunshade Row in Grand Trad.
2. In an alley, find an NPC with a box on his head, named Mustari Man.
3. Talk to him to start the quest.
4. Go to the church.
5. Buy Breath of Fresh Air.
6. Give Breathe of Fresh Air to Mustari Man.

How to Appraise Items

1. Go to any Shop.
2. Talk to the shop owner and select Appraise.
3. Select the item you want to appraise.
