Table of Contents
Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl Mastiff's Faction
Once you speak to Lens, you'll have to get to Mastiff's group. When you enter the bunker, make sure to bring a medkit with you because you'll need to offer it to the next NPC. After you're inside, you'll find two doors; one of them is locked. Go through the one opposite of it and turn left immediately when you get the chance.
This will lead you to a room with a fuse box. Interact with it and use the fuse that you found outside the door. After you're done, head west and pass through the room with anomalies. Don't forget to use a Bolt to disable them. When you see the staircase, defeat the enemies there and climb up.
Max Saturday will be at the end of the room. That's who you need to give the medkit to. He's a member of the Mastiff Faction. Go past him and head up the metal staircase; flip the switch, and a door will open. Use as many Bolts as you need to deactivate the disaster and keep walking to the other side of the bunker to reach Mastiff himself.

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl Last Steps & The Attic
Once you open the map, go to the side quest marker and reach the house with the enemy dogs. There is a shack on the east side of the shed. Enter it by breaking the lock, and then use the tunnel to descend. Pick up the ammo and keep walking; you'll soon see Mastiff on the bed. Interact with him and go back to speak with Lens. This will finish the Lost Boys mission.
However, you can also check the attic as an optional objective. When you get there, you'll see Ninth. You can attack him or help him defeat some enemies. Moreover, you can choose to side with the attackers as well. The choice depends on what you want: fighting on the side of the attackers will grant you Coupons, while helping Ninth will give you Rubber Coating.
