The Astartes Heraldry is a collection of cosmetics in Space Marine 2 that you can unlock by playing. Although the Chapters tied to them have no impact on gameplay, they all have unique stories to improve your overall experience. The Astartes Heraldry system is broken into the following four categories:

  • Astartes
  • Heretic
  • Unknown Foundings
  • Ultramarines

What makes the Chapters different from each other is only the type of cosmetics. However, you can mix and match the colors and patterns however you like. It's important to mention that Heretic Astartes only applies to Chaos Space Marines, which you can access in Eternal War.
