Not only are players getting a new raid in Season 2, but they will also get to play a brand-new dungeon called Operation: Floodgate. It will be a part of the Mythic+ rotation, along with 3 other legacy instances and four of new the dungeons introduced in The War Within.
Having that in mind, we will take a look at everything we know so far about the new dungeon coming in The War Within Patch 11.1.

Operation: Floodgate Dungeon
The new dungeon will have the Heroic, Mythic, and Mythic+ difficulties upon launch, as you will be racing to stop a group of Goblins seeking to blow up a damn in The Ringing Deeps. As of now, here are all of the confirmed Season 2 Mythic+ dungeons:
-
Cinderbrew Meadery
-
Darkflame Cleft
-
The Rookery
-
Priory of Sacred Flame
-
The MOTHERLODE!!
-
Operation: Floodgate
-
(Returning Legacy Dungeon)

(Returning Legacy Dungeon)
It will be exciting to see if the new dungeon will feature new boss mechanics or stronger trash mobs that you will need to pay close attention to. Not only that but the 4 other The War Within dungeons are also jam-packed with some fun moments and dangerous threats, considering the difficulty level on Mythic+ keys.
And that covers everything we know so far about the Operation: Floodgate dungeon coming to World of Warcraft in patch 11.1. You can also check out our other Warcraft 30th Anniversary Direct articles, here:
