We will go over all of the hotfixes added to the Nerub-Ar Palace raid as it seems the most competitive guilds are well on their way to clearing the instance as fast as possible on the Mythic difficulty.
Ulgrax the Devourer - All Difficulties

Sikran, Captain of the Sureki - Mythic

Unstable Infusion healing absorb increased by 11.25%

Cosmic Rupture impact radius increased to 4 yards (3 yards)

Feast damage increased by 50% (to 43.2M) and base healing absorb increased by 40% (to 34.4M)

Liquefy nature damage increased by 27% (to 20.1M) and Physical damage increased by 14% (to 11.5M)

Paralyzing Venom now increases damage taken from rest by 25% per stack (was 10%)

And that covers all of the changes that were added to The War Within. It seems that Blizzard underestimated just how strong some of the best guilds are, and we will see more try to defeat the bosses in the Nerub-Ar Palace raid.
