The main objective of the Treasures of Utzaal quest in Path of Exile 2 is to find the Molten Vault. It's located right inside the Drowned City in Act 3. However, before getting there, you need to drain all the water from the base of the Ziggurat Encampment. The good news is that you'll have to do that anyway because it's part of the main storyline, so better sooner than later, right?
It's worth mentioning that all maps in the game are randomly generated, so the exact location of the Molten Vault will be different for each player. This shouldn't bother you because once you reach one edge of the map and explore it, you'll notice the entrance very fast. You'll know that you've found it when you get prompted to summon Oswald.
