The Moth Combination Locker Puzzle in Blue Creek Apartments requires you to have an item from a previous puzzle to unlock the room it's located in since it's a part of the Grandfather Clock Puzzle. You might need to go back and finish solving the first part of the riddle to get to the Moth Puzzle. Let's discuss what you need to do to solve the puzzle and what reward it gives you.

How to Start the Moth Puzzle

While solving the Clock Puzzle in Blue Creek Apartments, you'll find the Minute Hand of the Grandfather Clock if you fish through the toilet of Room 210 (with the letter H carved on its door).
Go to the Grandfather Clock and put the Minute Hand on it so that it faces 2.
Once the time is set correctly, Room 202 will open, and you can start the Moth Puzzle.

Note: The Minute Hand should always be set to 2, in all difficulty settings.

How to Solve the Combinations Lock

Inside the room, you will find several moth displays; observe them and note down the symbols you see on their wings. Count them and write them down.
You need to plug the number of moths you found into the equation on the lock to be able to solve it.
The solution is different based on the level of difficulty.

Codes

Light: 5-8-2
Standard: 3-7-3
Hard: 5-2-2

Moth Puzzle Reward

Entering the correct code on the lock will open a room with a hole in the wall, where you can find the Second Hand for the Grandfather Clock puzzle.
