The Brookhaven Hospital has some confusing puzzles and chilling, dark floors to explore, so let's dive right into this guide on how to crack the Nurses Station Keypad Code in Silent Hill 2 Remake! You'll learn how to obtain the clue for the puzzle, how to crack the keypad, and where to find the reward that awaits you for solving the riddle.

Note: It's important to deal with all the enemies upon encounter to avoid them following you around in rooms.

How to Find the Keypad Combination Note

After you arrive at the hospital, go to 2F and mark the Save Point inside Room C3.
The Nurses Station is down the hallway, and you'll find a Staff Memo on its window leading you to the Doctor's Lounge.
Head down from the Nurses Station and head right as you come up the Director's Office.
Keep following the hallway until you get to the stairs for 3F.
Go to Exam Room 5 and defeat the Bubble Head Nurses before you break in through the window.
Get the 1F Inner Ward Key from the desk on your left and head to the 1F Inner Ward near the main lobby of the hospital.
Go through the Dayroom and deal with the enemy before squeezing through the crack in the wall.
The crack will lead you to the Pharmacy, through which you can head to the Garden through the window.
Defeat the Lying Figures and head to the Greenhouse.
From there, go to the Pool, through the double doors, into the Shower Room, and to the Doctor's Lounge.
On the board, you'll find the Keypad Combination Note - take it and go back to the Nurses Station.

How to Crack the Keypad Code

The answer to the keypad will differ based on the difficulty setting of your game. If you play on Light or Standard, check the Keypad Combination Note and follow the line from top to bottom to crack the code. If you play on Hard, follow the line from bottom to top.

Puzzle Reward

Once you open the door to the Nurses Station, you'll see a door leading you to the Treatment Room. There you'll find:

Handgun ammo (right drawer of the Nurses Station)
Moldy Radiograph (bathtub inside the Treatment Room)
Treatment Room Note

Combine the Moldy Radiograph with the Mold Remover to get Cleaned Up Radiograph that you'll need for the X-Ray Puzzle.
