Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 Health & Armor Explained
The Health system in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 works in a slightly more complicated way compared to other games since it's divided into two parts: Health and Armor. The first one is represented by a red bar at the top-left corner, and the latter consists of white bars below the Health indicator.
Remember that the number of Armor bars is highly dependent on the difficulty level you have selected. Moreover, when you take damage, your Armor stats will drop first. When they are fully exhausted, your Health will actually start to deplete.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 How To Recover Health
Recovering Health in Space Marine 2 doesn't happen between battles. When you take a lot of damage, a white bar will appear, and it will move towards the red bar's location. This serves as a temporary indicator that shows you the Health you can restore by killing enemies or attacking them.
It's important to note that performing Finishers will heal you faster than anything else, restoring a very big part of your white bar. You can also heal by using Medicae stims, but they are best for emergencies only. The more reliable method is using Titus' Righteous Fury. This ability increases your damage output and recovers your Health.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 How To Recover Armor
Dealing with your Armor in Space Marine 2 is easier because it can recover automatically when you leave a battle. However, you can also regenerate your protection while you're still on the battlefield by executing Finishers. Additionally, performing gun strikes can also grant some Health, but in very small amounts.
If one of your teammates revives you, you will recover some of your Health and Armor simultaneously. Have fun and good luck on your next adventure! For more information about Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, you can check out this article.
